These Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Signals by Resultex platform and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by RESULTEX FZ-LLC ("Resultex," "we," "us," or "our"), a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), UAE, under Services Licence No. 47026381. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Account" means the registered account you create to access the Platform; "Content" means any data, text, documents, pitch decks, or other materials you upload, submit, or transmit through the Platform; "AI Analysis" means the automated analysis, scoring, and insights generated by the Platform's artificial intelligence systems; "Investor Data" means the investor profiles, contact information, and matching data available through the Platform; "Output" means any reports, scores, analyses, recommendations, or other results generated by the Platform based on your Content; "Subscription" means a paid plan granting access to specified Platform features for a defined period; "User" or "you" means any individual or entity accessing the Platform under a registered Account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@resultex.io of any unauthorized use of your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
If you register on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, "you" refers to both the individual user and the entity.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to analyze pitch decks and business documents you upload, generating scores, qualitative assessments, and improvement recommendations. You acknowledge that AI Analysis outputs are generated algorithmically and represent the Platform's assessment based on the data provided — not the opinion of a human investment professional.
The Platform provides investor matching functionality that compares your company profile against our investor database and generates compatibility scores and explanations. Investor matches are for informational purposes only. Resultex does not guarantee that any investor will be interested in your company or that any introduction will result in investment.
The Platform includes CRM functionality and, where you connect your Gmail account via OAuth, enables investor outreach directly from your email address. You are solely responsible for the content of outreach communications and for complying with all applicable anti-spam laws, including UAE Federal Law No. 5 of 2012 and equivalent regulations in the jurisdictions of your recipients.
The Platform provides access to market reports, sector analysis, and reference materials through our RAG-based knowledge system. This content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or professional advice.
We strive to maintain Platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time and shall not be liable for any resulting downtime or data unavailability.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You represent and warrant that: all Content you upload is owned by you or you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it; your use of the Platform complies with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including those administered by RAKEZ; you will not use the Platform to engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading activity; and you will not upload Content that is defamatory, obscene, or that infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
You expressly agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems; use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract or compile Platform data without our prior written consent; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or its AI models; resell, sublicense, or commercialize Platform Outputs without our prior written consent; use Investor Data for any purpose other than your own legitimate fundraising or investor relations activities; transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Platform; or violate any applicable sanctions regimes, anti-money laundering laws, or anti-bribery regulations.
The Platform, including its software, AI models, algorithms, design, visual elements, and all proprietary content, is owned by or licensed to RESULTEX FZ-LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform.

You retain all ownership rights to your Content. By uploading Content to the Platform, you grant Resultex a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyze your Content solely to provide the Platform services to you. We do not use your Content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the Outputs generated from your Content. Resultex retains the right to use anonymized, aggregated, and de-identified data to improve the Platform. Similar Outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
Access to certain Platform features requires a paid Subscription. Subscription plans, features, and pricing are as described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes or levies imposed by your jurisdiction on the purchase of our services.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable UAE consumer protection law or as expressly stated in our refund policy. If you cancel your Subscription, you will retain access to the Platform until the end of your current billing period.
We may offer free trial access to the Platform. At the conclusion of a free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL OUTPUTS, INCLUDING AI ANALYSIS, INVESTOR MATCHES, SCORES, AND MARKET INTELLIGENCE, ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. RESULTEX IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. CONSULT QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL ADVISORS BEFORE MAKING ANY INVESTMENT DECISIONS.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, RESULTEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Resultex makes no representation or warranty that use of the Platform will result in successful fundraising, investor introductions, or any particular business outcome.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RESULTEX FZ-LLC and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms; (b) your Content, including any claim that it infringes a third party's rights; (c) your investor outreach communications; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Gmail (via OAuth), Anthropic Claude API, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. Resultex is not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information of the other party that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential. You acknowledge that Resultex's AI models, scoring methodologies, matching algorithms, and investor database constitute confidential and proprietary information of Resultex. This obligation survives termination of your Account for three (3) years.
These Terms remain in effect for as long as you maintain an active Account or Subscription.

You may terminate your Account at any time by cancelling your Subscription and ceasing use of the Platform. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except as set out in Section 6.3.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account with or without notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or a competent authority; (c) your use poses a risk to the Platform or other users; or (d) you fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Sections 5, 7, 8, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, consistent with the framework governing RESULTEX FZ-LLC's incorporation under RAKEZ.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation for thirty (30) days from written notice of the dispute. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, or such other tribunal designated by RAKEZ for disputes involving RAKEZ-licensed entities.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
