This Privacy Policy describes how RESULTEX FZ-LLC, trading as Signals by Resultex ("Resultex," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you access or use the Signals by Resultex platform and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy. Resultex is registered as a Free Zone Limited Liability Company under Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), UAE, with Services Licence No. 47026381, managed by Andrei Andreevich Iarygin.
When you register for and use the Platform, we collect information you voluntarily provide, including: account registration data (full name, email address, company name, job title, and password); profile information (investor focus areas, fund stage preferences, geographic markets, and investment thesis details); uploaded content (pitch decks, business plans, financial models, and any other documents you submit for analysis); investor and CRM data (contact information, deal notes, outreach history, and pipeline records you enter or import); payment and billing information (processed securely through our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers); and communications (messages, feedback, support requests, and correspondence you send to us).
When you access the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical and usage data: log data (IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps); device information (hardware model, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers); usage analytics (features accessed, AI analysis requests, investor matching queries, search terms, and interaction patterns); and session data (authentication tokens, session identifiers, and preferences stored in cookies or local storage).
With your explicit authorization, we may access and process data from the following third-party sources: Gmail OAuth Integration (when you connect your Gmail account, we access your email account solely to enable investor outreach functionality — sending emails on your behalf and tracking outreach activity; we do not read, store, or analyze email content beyond what is necessary for this feature); professional networks (profile data you authorize us to import from LinkedIn or other platforms); and market intelligence sources (publicly available information about investors, funding rounds, and market activity used to enhance our matching and analysis features).
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: providing and operating the Platform, including AI-powered pitch deck analysis, scoring, and investor matching; generating personalized insights, recommendations, and market intelligence reports; powering our RAG-based knowledge systems to provide contextually relevant analysis; facilitating investor outreach through your connected Gmail account and tracking outreach activity in your CRM; processing payments, managing subscriptions, and maintaining billing records; authenticating your identity, managing your account, and maintaining platform security; sending transactional communications, product updates, and support responses; improving, testing, and developing new Platform features and AI models; complying with legal obligations under UAE law and applicable international regulations; and detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances.
We engage trusted third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements. These include cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase), AI model providers (Anthropic), payment processors, and analytics services. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data beyond providing services to Resultex.
Content you submit for analysis, including pitch deck text and business documents, is processed through AI language models. We configure these integrations to minimize data retention by third-party AI services where possible.
We may disclose your information if required by UAE law, court order, or a competent governmental authority including RAKEZ, or where disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Resultex's assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you of any such change and the choices available to you.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Platform and comply with our legal obligations: account and profile data is retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 3 years after account closure for legal and audit purposes; uploaded pitch decks and analysis outputs are retained for the duration of your active subscription (you may request earlier deletion); payment records are retained for 7 years in accordance with UAE financial record-keeping requirements; and email outreach logs are retained for 2 years or until you disconnect your Gmail integration. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@resultex.io. We will respond within 30 days, subject to overriding legal retention obligations.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information: encryption of data in transit using TLS/HTTPS and at rest using AES-256 encryption; access controls and authentication mechanisms limiting data access to authorized personnel only; Supabase row-level security policies ensuring user data isolation; and regular security assessments and infrastructure monitoring. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from actions outside our reasonable control.
Subject to applicable UAE law and RAKEZ regulations, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data: Access (request a copy of the personal data we hold about you); Correction (request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data); Deletion (request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements); Portability (request your data in a structured, machine-readable format); Objection (object to certain processing activities, including marketing communications); and Withdrawal of consent (withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time, including disconnecting third-party integrations such as Gmail). The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioral tracking outside of the Platform.
The Platform is intended for business use by individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
Resultex is incorporated in the Ras Al Khaimah Free Zone, UAE. Your data may be processed on servers located outside the UAE, including in the United States and European Union, by our service providers (including Supabase and Anthropic). We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and are conducted with appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
